While you make your cuppa tea, do ensure that the water does not boil. Green Tea leaves in water anything over 90 degree turns the taste bitter. Keep the temperature moderately warm (80-85 degrees). Place your sieve with the loose green tea leaves on the cup and pour the water slowly ensuring the leaves disintegrate smoothly keeping the taste and aroma.
